Let’s face it, when it comes to sex, Nature has not been very fair towards men.
On average, we are bigger in stature, and stronger physically, but when it comes to sexual stamina we are the weakest link.
A woman can last forever in bed, while the best of men can last for over 30 minutes. This is of course related to the 1.12% of men that have a low level of sensitivity down there, and have a great fitness level and stamina.
According to Kinsey*2 (see reference at the end of this page) only 0.14% of the general male population has even difficulty coming (Anejaculation). So although they can have prolonged sexual intercourse (virtually forever), they can’t enjoy the final orgasm and ejaculation.
For the rest of the men out there, the average is around 5.4 minutes, based on a study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine in 2005.
According to a study by the Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek or CBS in the Netherlands*3 (see page reference below) the statistic breakdown is:

of men ejaculate within
1 minute
of men ejaculate within
1 and 2 minutes
of men ejaculate within
2 and 5 minutes
of men ejaculate within
5 and 10 minutes
of men ejaculate within
10 and 20 minutes
of men ejaculate within
20 minutes +
* summary of published data on how long men take to ejaculate (measured by intravaginal ejaculatory latency time — IELT) in scientific studies, grouped into the requested timing buckets. Note that these percentages come from population surveys and research, not exact counts, and can vary by age, methodology, and population studied.

Notably, after 20 minutes, the number and percentages decrease.
2.4% ejaculate between 20 and 30 minutes and of that 1.12% ejaculate between 30 and 40 minutes.
Only 5.02% of men can last over 20 minutes. However, this is about to change once you finish reading this article.
This issue is everywhere… Erectile Dysfunction or Sexual Impotence afflicts as much as 15 percent of the male population. Above the age of 40, nearly 52 % of men are affected, and 10% of men below 40.*4 (see page reference below)
Let’s continue with some more sad stats, before I mention a few possible solutions…
The overall average is 5.4 minutes, which is a sad statistic, considering that many (over 10% of the male population) cannot make it even past the 2-minute mark. However, you will need to perform for over 13 minutes and 25 seconds to fully satisfy your partner, as we will see below. A mere 5.4 minutes won’t suffice either. Don’t worry there is hope and an easy fix. But let’s continue with the story…
This statistic (5.4 Minutes) gets sadder based on age. The older you are the quicker you come.*3 (see page reference below) – (Intravaginal Ejaculation Latency Time -IELT)
This can be related to weight, fitness level, poor cardio and blood flow, depression, watching too much porn, and most importantly diet.
